During a career that has spanned more than two decades, Frank has gathered a depth of knowledge and experience in both creative and marketing disciplines, having held positions in agencies, corporations, and organizations of various sizes and areas of focus, where he’s been responsible for the creative strategy, direction, and execution of all types of traditional and new media marketing and advertising projects.
Frank earned his Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Point Park University in late 2014. He also returned to the University the following Autumn for a stint as a part-time faculty member teaching Visual Communications Design in the School of Communications. During his Master's pursuit, Frank undertook significant research into place branding and its impact on the communities in which it has been implemented.
Frank’s earlier work for the local government of Falls Church, Virginia gave him an inside understanding of the needs and expectations of creative work at the community level, while also providing a background into the operational dynamics between economic development groups and government entities. It is also where his interest in the branding of places first took hold after he implemented and maintained a consistent brand design for all communications of the City government.
Away from work Frank enjoys other outlets for his creativity, mainly in the kitchen, or better yet outside on the grill. He's also an avid fan of physics, astronomy, and sports, especially hockey.
