Grace Heaton is a passionate marketing and digital strategy specialist who brings a blend of creativity, analytics, and international experience to her work. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Duquesne University, majoring in Marketing and minoring in French. Set to graduate in May 2025, Grace has maintained an impressive GPA of 3.95, with a concentration in Digital Marketing and Analytics.
Grace’s professional journey is marked by diverse roles that have honed her expertise. At Hyphn, she revitalized the company’s social media strategy, leading to a dramatic increase in engagement. Her innovative LinkedIn campaigns and enhanced employee advocacy programs resulted in over 47,000 impressions in just 75 days, significantly boosting Hyphn’s online presence and thought leadership.
In her role at Communitopia, Grace developed compelling content focused on sustainability and education, while her time at Entertainment Enterprises Group in Dublin involved creating exciting marketing campaigns for iconic brands like Hard Rock Cafe and Starbucks. Her global perspective is further enriched by study abroad experiences in Nantes, Vienna, and Dublin, where she immersed herself in local cultures and business practices.
Grace has also undertaken notable academic projects, such as a marketing research project for the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and a consulting project with Ernst & Young. These experiences have sharpened her analytical skills and strategic thinking. She is an active leader in several organizations, including serving as President of the Public Relations Student Society of America and Director of Ritual for Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority at Duquesne.
