Gabrielle Tragon

Gabrielle Tragon brings over a decade of expertise in fundraising, marketing, and strategy to her role at TrailBlaze Creative. A graduate of Grove City College with a B.S. in Business Economics, Gabrielle began her career at a marketing agency, where she spent six years crafting and managing multichannel fundraising campaigns for nonprofits, focusing on health and human services. Her work emphasized personalized donor engagement, strategic messaging, and leveraging data to deliver measurable results.

Gabrielle’s next chapter was at Allegheny Health Network, where she served as Director of Prospect Research. She established the Prospect Research department from the ground up, introducing innovative strategies in fundraising campaign planning, data analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management. Her leadership optimized portfolios and strengthened the organization’s approach to philanthropy, enabling the achievement of ambitious $50 million annual goals.

Her passion for philanthropy began in her small-town upbringing, where volunteering with the Rotary Club instilled a lifelong commitment to helping others. At TrailBlaze Creative, Gabrielle draws on her comprehensive experience to support clients, streamline operations, and drive meaningful change.
