TrailBlaze team members Tim Hindes and Christianne Malone have earned the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification from the University of South Florida.
Christianne also has the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion For Communicators Certificate from Ragan & PR Daily and the Diversity & Inclusion Professional Certificate, ISO 30415:2021, from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
Tim, as well as Erin Sogal are certified LUMA Practitioners. The LUMA curriculum and model provide design facilitation skills using creative, collaborative, and human-centered learning experiences, digital resources, and certification programs. As LUMA Practitioners, Tim and Erin have participated in a hands-on training program to learn more effective ways to manage evolving conditions, evaluate emerging risks, and stay focused on designing great solutions for those we serve.
