More Than a Title Change: Reflections on Growing with TrailBlaze

by | Mar 2, 2026

When I look back at my first few months at TrailBlaze Creative, I think of my earliest projects as being straightforward and tactical: building content, designing flyers, and learning the ropes. One of my formative benchmarks was my first Eradicate Hate Global Summit; I remember being responsible for half of the design work, which, for a young designer, was a whirlwind introduction to the impactful, mission-driven world we navigate every day.

Since then, my role has evolved from executing individual creative pieces to developing the very systems that keep our campaigns running. Rather than just following a brand’s guidelines, I’m now building the tools that protect and amplify them. Today, I’m proud to lead the design strategy and development for that same Global Summit—evolving from crafting the initial brand assets to leading the collaborative process that turns those pieces into a full-scale experience.

My academic background is rooted in analytics, but my heart is in design. In my new role as Marketing + Creative Project Manager, I finally get to marry those two worlds completely. I lean on trend metrics and feedback to inspire our decisions, ensuring that the “disruption” we provide for our clients isn’t just loud—it’s effective.

I’ve always had a strong feeling that while there was power in analytics, the true beauty in the work we do is in the humanity of it all. I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside clients like Eradicate Hate, New Sun Rising, and Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity — organizations that confirmed just that. Their work has encouraged me to adapt and excel because the stakes of their missions are so high.

I also want to acknowledge the team that has seen me through it all. Since joining TrailBlaze, my life has changed in every way possible… I’ve adopted pets, moved across the state, and gotten married. Through every era, Tim and the team have been more than colleagues; they’ve been mentors and advocates. @Tim, thank you for seeing the potential in me from day one and for fostering an environment where growth is inevitable.

As we continue to grow and evolve as a firm, my focus remains the same: ensuring a seamless transition from a client’s vision to a creative reality that leaves a mark on the world. Disruption is essential, and I’m honored to be leading the charge.
